Paul was great. He called me within 5 mins of me submitting the request. He was able to go to my condo right away. He diganosed the problem and had it up and running within 30 mins. I would recommend him to anyone who is having a problem with their A/C. unit.

Five Star Heating & Conditioning worked with me and I would eecommend them to faimly and friends. when I could not afford to do all the repart needed they worked to get may A/C working at a pace I could afford until I can get all of the repart do. I own a condo in MPLS & my AC/heat has been broken. 8 mos ago a company checked the pump for $90 and determined compressor was broken - estimated repairs at $2000 vs $4700 for replacement. After suffering without heat/ AC, spending on $200 on space heaters and fans, and saving $, I decided for replacement. 5 days before replacement I decided for a 2nd opinion. Paul from 5 Star responded to my Service Magic request in 2 min on a Sun. W/in 1 hr he assessed my unit for free. He tested freon and the compressor which he found completely normal. He fixed unit with booster for the capacitor. AC works great now. He was honest, trustworthy, & friendly

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
All I requested was a quick check of the furnace for water damage. He was 20 minutes early and before I arrived he also decided to check out the AC unit and wanted to clean the lint off of it for $220 and then offered to clean it with a metal pipe. The unit is only a year old and all it needed was to be hosed off. I was not impressed.
