The sink in my garage had a huge mound of frozen water from the spigot to overflowing the sink with large icicles dripping outside of the sink. I called Steve and he made my call a priority because of the possibility of frozen pipes. He called shortly thereafter giving me a half-hour's time frame within which he would get here. Steve showed up exactly when he said he would, and after inspecting my plumbing for frozen pipes or leaks, he used a blow torch to get the water moving again and told me he did not think any pipes in the house were frozen, but that we would know if there were any problems as soon as the ice melted in the sink. I am going to call him if I need him to come back, but hopefully everything is fine. Steve was very considerate and professional, and responded to my call within a very short period of time. Additionally, the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call Steve again for several plumbing projects I have in mind. I consider myself fortunate to have called Steve Hauck Plumbing.

He was prompt, and the price was good. And, he got the job done very quickly. He was recommend by a friend of mine. He was very professional, fast, described things clearly, and the estimate was even lower than the charge. Overall experience, I will give him an A all across the raw.
