 + -1 moreI emailed the provider to see if they could install a radar detector. After 3 weeks, I still have no response. I honestly can not rate the service but their responsiveness is nonexistent.

 + 0 moreThe install went very well. They started on time and finished the install in about an hour and 20 minutes which was slightly less than they had estimated. The remote starter works very well and their wiring appears to be very neat under the dash. The actual starter hardware could have been more securely mounted to the under-dash area instead of lashing it to wire bundles, but it appears solid. Occasionally the store will close early, so call ahead if you plan to drop by in the evening.
Description of Work: I had Sound Waves install a 2-way remote car started and security key bypass on my vehicle. I provided the starter equipment so they just provided the labor and any miscellaneous shop/electrical materials. Sound Waves also has a good selection of remote starter and alarm equipment you can purchase from them installed. Sound Waves guarantees their installation for lifetime.
