The owner, Travis Richter, arrived when I wasn’t home. My 20 year old son let him in—he hadn’t given me an estimate before and told my son it would be $276 (I usually pay between $150 and $165). My son ok’d it since he didn’t know how over-priced it was. I was shocked when I got the amount and talked to Travis about it, but he told me—I have to pay my bills, I told your son how much it would be, and I can’t do it for the same prices I did 5 years ago—but he would not come down at all on his price. I paid the bill but realized after they left that Travis had asked when he could clean the bathroom windows (we don’t have any—he certainly charged me for them) and he never gave me a bill. I texted him and asked him to send me an invoice—of course, he never did (even after asking repeatedly). This owner misled me when I asked him for an estimate (when I first contacted him), took advantage of my son’s naïveté, overcharged me, wouldn’t come down on his price, charged for more windows than we have, wouldn’t send me the bill, and now won’t respond to me. He’s devious and dishonest—I checked my valuables after he left! I highly recommend you choose anyone else!!

They were very professional, moved quickly and did an amazing job! I tried another service but they didn't do as good of a job.They are a little higher priced but you get what you pay for. They didn't just clean, they literally scrubbed my windows. After they were done, it was looking at a picture. I use them every year and will continue to. My whole neighborhood uses them. They give a group discount so it works great. They go from one house to the next.

They did a very good job of cleaning the windows and screens.
The only issue I had is that the workers moved items from the window sill and didn't move it back.
Overall, they did a very good job of cleaning.

We were just amazed at how great the windows looked. This was a difficult job due to the height of the windows windows. They were very reasonable on prices.
