We signed the agreement to have the closets installed after agreeing on a design. They called us back a few days later with an installation date that worked for us. They showed up on time the day they were scheduled to do the work. It was a Saturday morning, they showed up at 8:00, took their shoes off without us asking and went right to work. By 2:00 they were finished! We were very pleased with the way they left the closet - no packaging, garbage etc. They did a great job!
