River's Edge Renovations

We have hired Kurt Larson River Edge Renovations owner twice in 2011; a main bathroom update in June and a total kitchen remodel starting in December. Kurt organized the project hiring and coordinating appropriately with subcontractors keeping our project on track. Kurt and Bob, his primary craftsman, were prompt, professional yet personable and enjoyable to work with. We found them to be skilled tradesmen having superb workmanship with the attitude of doing things the right way including paying attention to details that would not be noticeable upon project completion. During the design phase Kurt, Bob and Patty Kappelhoff [USA Design Service] really listened to what I wanted making suggestions to enhance the design as well as areas to cut expenses. As with all remodeling projects as challenges occurred they openly explained the issue ensuring a workable resolution. Flexible ? absolutely! Kurt didn?t miss a beat as our kitchen project grew to include a main floor powder room update including plastering the ceiling and painting the room, installing a vanity, mirror, crown molding and ceiling light/fan that required additional floor tile installation, rewiring and a new ceiling texture as well as installing crown molding in our living and dining room
