I purchased outdoor furniture to replace pieces damaged due to a wind storm in 2005. Insurance covered the cost but I had to purchase them before the 2 years were up on the claim--which was that week. They were willing to work with me in finding pieces to replace what I had lost and worked with me so that I could stay within the amount okayed by the insurance company. Because we had lost our home to a fire a few weeks before and I had nowhere to store them, they offered to keep them until we were in our home. They delivered them about 8 months later. They were very helpful and considerate during a very difficult time in our lives. I deeply appreciate their thoughtfulness.
