Masonry Work
He completed the work as requested. However 1 stoop needed to be replaced due to a crack down the middle of the stoop. We have since found other warranty work that needs to be done. -- Garage aprons cracked, stoops cracked. This winter, (Minnesota) we had several aprons that rose so high that the aluminum trim on the garage doors were crinkled. This had not happened prior to the new aprons. Throughout the process, he was frequently non-responsive to our calls. It has required many calls to get a response. Now that we are trying to get warranty work done, he has returned none of our calls. This may have to go to court to get work done as stated in the warranty. The lien waivers were never obtained, and upon contacting the suppliers, it was found that he was behind in payments to them. We will not have him do any new work in our community.
