Awesome! They were closed that day, but someone came in and sold us the part!

Their service and price was better than anyone else we called. They didn't upsell or anything like that. The give you what you need and answer any questions. I called, they gave me a quote that afternoon and in a week it was done. They're excellent.

Josh and Chad removed my old furnace and installed a Carrier 80% efficient furnace as well as the fresh air return Josh recommended when he came to give me a bid. They were honest, knowledgable, professional and efficient. Their bid was lower than the 2 larger companies that also bid on the furnace installation. I intend to use Pierce for all my Htg/AC needs in the future and will recommend them to friends.
