Everything went well.

Mike Moser of MJ Moser Inspections inspected a home prior to our purchase. The inspection was not satisfactory. Mike failed to find numerous problems, both in the home and outside around the house and property, many of which cost us time and money to rectify after we bought the home. The things Mike missed were both big and small - the gutters were in disrepair and needed replacement; the master shower fixture was not useable; all three bathroom fans needed replacing; the kitchen sink drain was clogged; two of the bathrooms and the kitchen has insufficient water pressure; the hot water did not reach the second floor; all three toilets needed replacing; the garage door opener needed replacing; all six of our large trees needed trimming; wood rot was present on some outside window framing; the chimney needed work; many bi-fold doors did not work properly; and more. Mike’s failure to discover and disclose these problems
