MONETTE HOME IMPROVEMENT CO

We hired them in Feb 05, work started in mid-March. Things were moving along the way it should. Jeremy was not on site, but a supervisor was there. On April 7th, the site supervisor asked for middle payment per contract, we asked to have Jeremy contact us on the fence job before giving $. He didn't contact us until the 11th and he told me that he had a death in the family and would be in Florida for 1 1/2 months. On the 12th I gave the check to the site sup and on the 13th we found out that Jeremy was in the work house (jail). When we called the bank to stop payment on the check, we were too late, so he received that middle payment. Work slowed down and for most of May the house was partially sided. He finally showed and "completed" the siding job on June 8th. The workmanship was shoddy at best, parts of the siding were falling and uneven, phone line in back is exposed, fascia is uneven/wavy and dented throughout. Parts of the siding aren't even attached to the house.
