 + -1 moreKoschak Construction was referred to us by a friend, and after comparing their bid with others that we had received, we decided to go with them. I cannot fault their work in any way. They were extremely professional, and their workmanship was excellent. Kevin explained the timetable for the project in advance and finished on schedule. When they were finished with the project, all work materials were cleared away, and you could not tell that they were ever here (except for the new deck!). The deck is extremely well built, and they paid close attention to detail. The deck looks beautiful, and I know that we will be able to enjoy it for years thanks to the high quality manner in which it was built. I will call Koschak Construction whenever I have work that needs to be done.
Description of Work: Kevin and his crew built a 26'x15' deck on the back of our home. The decking, railings, and posts are Cedar, with black metal balusters. There are two stairways, one 6' wide coming off the front of the deck and one narrower leading to our garage. The deck was also constructed with extra support to accommodate a hot tub in the future.
