Ken was extremely careful about placement of the container so as to not damage our asphalt driveway in the hot Minnesota Summer.  He drove some crazy angles to miss sprinkler heads, was super cautious about the lawn, etc.  Just a very nice guy.  Extremely conscientious about his work.  After removing the unit, he got out the broom and dustpan and swept up the driveway to make sure there was nothing to cause a problem.  I said, "Ken, you don't need to do that."  He responses, "it's what we do."  And so he did!  Thanks for your help, Ken!

Dumpster companies charge the same prices. So I picked KMI because a helpful, friendly person (Donna) answered the phone whenever I called. She patiently explained the options re: dumpster sizes and types of loads. She was also understanding when I had to postpone my original order the day of delivery because I was sick. I rescheduled a few weeks later, requesting delivery between 10 and noon on a Friday. Ken showed up with the dumpster at 10:20. He asked me where I wanted it and put down boards to protect the driveway. He showed me how to work the door, and recommended covering the dumpster with cheap tarps if I wanted to discourage others from throwing in their stuff. The dumpster got filled over the weekend. I called to tell Donna Monday morning, and the dumpster was picked up later that day. Great service and wonderful people. That's the winning combination at KMI. I highly recommend this company.

THEY DELIVERED THE DUMPSTER ON TIME AND PLACED IT IN THE RIGHT LOCATION. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
