OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. KASEY, MY AGENT, WAS HELPFUL DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND WAS INFORMED, AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS, DID RESEARCH FOR ME TO HELP ME SELL MY HOME, AND IN FINDING ME ANOTHER HOME TO BUY; SHE ACTUALLY CAME OVER TO MY HOUSE AND PUT IN A NEW CEILING FAN TO REPLACE ONE THAT WAS NOT WORKING; AND SHE VOLUNTEERED TO WATCH MY DOG DURING SHOWINGS IF NEEDED. I BELIEVE HER SERVICE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND REGULAR REAL ESTATE AGENT NEEDS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND HER COMPANY - THEY ONLY CHARGE 4% FOR SELLING/FINDING YOU A HOME!
