I ACCEPTED AN ESTIMATE FOR INTERIOR PAINTING IN MAY, 2003 AND STATED I WANTED THE WORK COMPLETED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I RECEIVED A CALL A COUPLE WEEKS LATER STATING THAT I WAS ON A 'RAINY DAY' SCHEDULE SINCE IT WAS EXTERIOR PAINTING SEASON. I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE OF THIS WHEN I ACCEPTED THE BID. I THEN SCHEDULED THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED IN OCT. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY TOLD ME THE WORK WOULD BEGIN BETWEEN 9-9:30 A.M. THE WORKERS SHOWED UP AT 11:00.
