They burned a portion of my lawn with some chemical. I had to contact them several times before I got a return call. When I did, I was told that they would come out within the next week to fix the burned place; it's been several weeks since we had that discussion and no one has come out to repair the spot nor has anyone called me. I will not use them again due to their poor response and lack of accountability in repairing an issue with my lawn that they clearly caused.

We have been using their services for about two years. They use a better quality of products. They did the backyard too and they don't miss anything. We have a very nice lawn.

They come out when they say they are going to and do exactly what you need. When I had trouble with moles, they actually told me that it was too late in the year to treat & that I would be wasting money. They give good advice and are honest. The cost listed is what I pay per application, however I get a 10% discount for paying for the service up front in the summer.

They are paid hourly. The last time they came out was last fall.

They came and did everything and left. They don't really tell me when they are coming or leaving. They gave me an estimate before they did the job. They didn't really talk to me before they started. They have good discount deals.
