GREAT!! I called Christine Sutphen, a designer at Gabbert's, when I became overwhelmed with the prospect of having to choose finishes and design elements during the restoration of our home after a fire. I had taken a interior design class that Gabberts offered a year before and as part of the class I was to receive a hour of free design help. Christine was gracious enough to honor that offer and came to my destroyed home to meet with me. She gave me reassurance on the direction we were headed with our restoration and offered several suggestions and took measurements for our living area. We met again a week or so later she completed a floor plan for our spaces and she guided me in choosing paint colors for the interior. She listened to my concerns and guided me through some decision making processes as the work continued on my home. Some months later, when repairs were complete, she was quite helpful working with the insurance company when we made some purchases for our home--2 custom sofas, a love seat, 2 custom chairs, and large ottoman. Christine listened to my concerns about fabric choice and the budget and provided options that enabled us to have exactly what we wanted. We have been very satisfied with the outcome. The furniture is fabulous. She kept me well informed during the entire process and I can highly recommend Christine Sutphen to anyone. She will work with you on an hourly basis or with you when you make purchases at Gabberts.
