Les had done work for us in the past (installed a new Central Air system in 2005). In late March, our furnance was having difficulty lighting and making a clicking noise, so we called him. It was working fine, but the heat exchanger was rusted and could lead to carbon monoxide poisoning. Our carbon monoxoide monitor did not detect any gas yet, and we decided to get a new furnace, before the high demand on HVAC companies in summer and fall seasons. We are pleased with the work Les did, he is very meticulus and kept us informed with all the steps of the project. Our new furnance qualifies for the Federal Energy Tax Credit, too.
