Derek is an eager sole proprietor who is working hard to provide excellent service. He works long hours, and is ready and willing to help when needed. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty, which is necessary in his business. He spent years working for the famous names in the business, and is now doing a great job for his own customers. No monkey business with Derek -- he quotes a price, and stays as long as necessary to get the job done. Others charge a basic fee, and then keep adding to the price as they take more time and fail to get the job done.
