The lines fell out of the connectors. So I went back and got new connectors as they suggested. Installed them and the lines stayed in for less then two weeks. Now the engine knocks do to the lines popping out a 2nd time. Been trying to work with them on this and so far not much luck. Parts they asked for has been returned to them to be sent back to the manufacture. It has been over the time. they said it would be to get a reply back. Now there saying there not sure when they will get a answer back. then said it maybe a few more weeks. So It looks like there not going to back up what they sell. I even called the corporate office. All I got there was There a franchise and there is nothing we can do. They do not only sell parts from us. So buyers beware if you have problems with there parts you may or may not get a warranty with it.
I was finally given the name of the rep that is handling this. as of 5/9/2014 i am still waiting to find out what they have found out.
Around 4/19/2014 I got a Phone call from the manufacturer. He said the items were defective. and wanted to know if i submitted a claim along with returning the items. I was not told I needed to do so. So now I am waiting for a return phone call from him on what he has found out.
It is now 11/03/2014. And I am still waiting for them to refund the cost of the engine and the labor. They have admitted the lines were defective. and all receipts have been submitted. I keep getting excuses and told I have to deal with the product representative (Rod Peterson of Doorman Products.). which in turn tells me I need to contact the store. This is one company I will not be buying parts from again.
