We are primarily a concrete company that does concrete flatwork and block foundations. We are have a carpentry division that builds energy modeled homes using ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) and/or SIP panels (Structural Insulated Panels) We also do remodeling and commercial carpentry work.

Jay did a great job coordinating all aspects of the project and was able to schedule around work I completed for our basement. He has great subcontractors for the work he didn't personally do. All were responsive to our requests as the project advanced and were courteous professionals. Jay has great ideas that helped us along the way and was flexible when the scope of work changed. Highly recommend.

WHILE WE REALLY ENJOYED THE OWNER OUR EXPERIENCE WITH HIS COMPANY WAS VERY UNPLEASANT. WE AGREED THEY COULD START THE WORK WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT IT WOULD BE DONE IN 3 WEEKS. TWO MONTHS LATER, WHEN IT WAS FINALLY DONE, WE WERE TOLD THEY KNEW WHEN THEY STARTED THE JOB THEY COULDN'T FINISH IT ANY FASTER. IF WE HAD KNOWN THIS, WE WOULD NOT HAVE HIRED THEM, BECAUSE OUR BABY WAS DUE AT THAT TIME. WE WERE NEVER ABLE TO CLEAN THE HOUSE THOROUGHLY; THEY FINISHED THE JOB THE DAY WE BROUGHT OUR BABY HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL. IT WAS A VERY STRESSFUL, UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.
