BORDER LINE'S PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE

Contacted Border Line for an estimate. They never called and just showed up unannounced with an estimated for replacing the existing driveway, while I wanting to also expand the driveway. Give him a detailed drawing of what I wanted to do for preparing an estimate and never got back to me. Also he told me that they subcontract a lot of their work to Czars of Tar.

When Brad came and gave her the estimate what sold her with this company was that he said he would take care of the ant problem that she had.  She hadn't even brought that up but thought that would be great.  Prior to that she and I have been putting ant poison down.  She had to call them a few days after her job was completed to say that the ants were still there.  They came back out but it didn't change anything.  The ants are still coming through.  I called them two days ago and then again today to ask if they were coming back out.  They told me that there was nothing more that they could do.  That's too bad cause she didn't pick them for their price but what they offered to do for her.

Our 5 year old parking lot was starting to show some wear. We had 4 different companies advise what we should do and give us bids. Even though some services were bid a little higher than other companies, the overall bid from Border Line's was the lowest. I liked the fact that they bid a number of services at two levels: standard and premium. Amanda was very good at describing the differences so we were informed in our choices. Border Line's was prompt in getting a bid to us and after we signed the proposal, they gave us a realistic idea as to when the job would be completed. They did everything in the evening or on the weekend, so no businesses were inconvenienced. The work was completed on time and we were satisfied with the quality. One problem that arose was when they started the repair around a storm drain. When they took away the bad asphalt, they found the reason for the defect was some poor construction of the original drain. Mike was easy to reach by phone and explained what they found. He advised us to get the original contractor to fix it, but that company is long gone. Mike arranged for a concrete contractor to fix the structural problems and then he repaired the asphalt. I was very satisfied with how Mike handled the whole thing. Mike and Amanda were great to work with, were very easy to contact and have a genuine interest in doing a good job and making sure the customer is satisfied. I would use them again in the future.

Great. They were fast and professional. The showed up on time and did a quality job quickly. The driveway looks beautiful again. They did leave some debris in the street, but it was a minimal amount.
