Electrical Service
Overall, a very disappointing service experience. Although they completed the 90% of the work in a fairly timely manner, it was difficult to reach them and there was little or no follow up. There is only one cell phone number available to contact this company, which appears to be a personal cell phone. Phone calls and emails were never returned. The owner didn't apply for the permit until after the work was complete and after I pursued it with the city for inspection. They didn't follow through with getting the proper inspections. Through this process, they scheduled 3 appointments where they didn't show up or contact me. I had to keep calling until someone answered the phone. With about 10% of the work still left undone (finishing electrical work), they will not return my calls.
