They kept playing these games with me Where they'd Have my insurance adjusted tell me Some thing that they were going to cover and then these guys come out do whatever they want Blame it on someone else Was just as big repetitive game of crap I had to play with him And they won of course

Description of Work: I had an issue with water damage under my kitchen sink and exterior wall. Tim Jones came out to my house to give me a bid on cost of repair. He was very nice, courteous and professional. He provided me with clear, concise feedback on what he would do to fix the problem and a few days later had a bid that was very competitive. I decided to go with another contractor, but Tim's honesty and professionalism have stuck with me and I'll certainly call on him again should the situation arise.
