It went well.   They had to disassemble the rear door.  They took me back to show me some of the challenges of the job.    It was helpful in understanding the wait and charges involved.

They are outstanding!  He has really helped me in some tough situations.  He treats you more like a friend than a customer and it really just makes you feel comfortable with his work.  The whole staff is friendly and has a great work ethic.

I was "Nickled and Dimed" well above the quoted price for this service. The mechanic was very rude when I inquired about additional charges due to sloppy workmanship.

Poor. When I got my car back I noticed on the way home that it didn't drive as smooth as when I dropped off the car. I called the station and was told to drive it for a few days and then bring it back to be corrected. I drove it for a couple of days. The day before I was going to bring it back to the shop (Sunday) I noticed the car was driving very poorly. When I got home I had a pool of transmission fluid under my vehicle. The fluid started to leak on my street, up my driveway and all over my new garage. I had to have the vehicle towed back to the station. I was told a clamp came loose. I will never again use this station. I'm still trying to clean-up my driveway and garage. I'm so lucky it happened close to home and not on the freeway with my 3 little kids.

The service is excellent, but their pricing is a bit expensive. They discuss options with me. They are professional, responsive, and the quality of work is good. My overall experience with them has been good, and will use them in the future as well.

I usually go to another shop but they were busy and couldn't get my car in for at least a full week. I had an oil leak and was quite sure it was the oil sending unit. Yes it was, but Andy's wanted to fix a whole lot more than I felt was necessary. They recommended putting in a whole new engine. I was told the engine has a knock and because of that they wouldn't guarantee anything they did if I didn't put in a new engine. I told them it always had a knock in the cold and after the car warms it goes away and the car is too old to be worth installing a new engine. I am sure the work they did was done well, but I really felt like they were trying to get us to do more than they needed to. Also the estimate wasn't ever really fully done. My experience was that this would cost this but we might find more. They also insisted on a test for the cooling fan that was $85 but turns out was just fine. At this point, I said just fix the manifold gasket and the oil sending unit and I understand that there will be no warranty. Less then one week after repairs the power steering pump bearing burnt out. Reason was fairly obvious: the line to it was not tighten back up, it leaked fluid therefore burning out the pump bearing. I didn't even try to go to them. This was I fix I could do myself. The shop I usually frequent would never have treated me this way. I suppose next time I'll wait to get in there.

They have always been positive and honest with us. We can trust them with our vehicles in that they will not do unnecessary repairs or over charge.

My experience was very good. They bent over backwards to determine the heater that I needed. I brought the vehicle in, the finished on time and it was a good price.

Fine - I got a call first thing in the morning (7AM) from the service person so I could tell him what was wrong. I did call again at about 1:30 PM because I hadn't heard anything, and they hadn't looked at the car yet. But they did replace the starter before they closed so I could get my car.

Excellent. Called first thing in the morning, tow driver here promptly, VERY nice, professional young man. Estimate given when promised, again very pleasant and professional. Found problem quickly in wiring (under truck mat). Car back when promised. Definitely found a quality, pleasant, experienced service center that we will use again without hesitation.

They completed the work in the designated time. I was satisfied.

Service provided with pretty good follow-up, explanation. My car was at the shop for a week due to delays (technicians sick, parts) which was excessive. I did feel the charges were reasonable as I had another estimate which far exceeded what it ended up costing me. I'll use them again, and chalk up the delays to a "fluke" this time.

The service was great. Towing the Jeep there and leaving it for the weekend to be serviced on Monday was not a problem. We were given an estimate which exactly matched the final cost, and the repairs were finished the same day. Andy's also recommended some other things we should keep in mind, and some small things we could fix ourselves. There was no pressure with the recommendations, and I really appreciated the advice. The employees were very friendly. It was my first experience with this family owned business, but it definitely won't be my last.

I have used them for 20 years and they are extremely trustworthy. They can handle about anything and they take great pride in their work. They are a top notch outfit and I use them with no reservations.

Andy's Service inspected the struts and suspension on our '98 Camry and stated that they were just fine. Last year, the dealer had recommended replacing all 4 struts (at a cost of $1,000), and the dealer stated there was not much life left on the front brake pads either. Andy's also inspected the brakes (8 months after the dealer did) and stated that there is still decent life remaining on the brake pads. We are certainly glad we went to Andy's to get a second opinion! If we would have believed the dealer last year we would have spent approx $1,200 that we did not need to. We will certainly be back to Andy's to have future work done on our vehicles!

ANDY'S IS A GOOD INDEPENDENT AUTOMOBILE SERVICE FOR CAR REPAIRS OR SERVICE THAT DO NOT INVOLVE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS REQUIRING ACCESS TO PROPRIETARY MANUFACTURERS COMPUTER CODES. ANDY'S WAS UPFRONT ABOUT THIS LIMITATION OVER WHICH THEY HAVE NO CONTROL. THEY TRIED TO REPRODUCE THE INTERMITTENT ELECTRICAL PROBLEM I REPORTED, BUT COULD NOT (IT HAS NOT RE-APPEARED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS). AN OIL CHANGE ALSO INCLUDES MANY CHECKS OF THE ENGINE SUCH AS BELTS AND HOSES. THE COST OF THE SERVICE WAS LESS THAN ESTIMATED.

THEY CALLED WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS TO SAY IT NEEDED CERTAIN ROUTINE SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE AND TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I BROUGHT THE TRUCK IN THINKING I'D NEED BRAKE WORK AS WELL BUT THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE BRAKES WERE FINE AND DIDN'T NEED THE WORK AT THAT TIME. UPON PERFORMING THE ROUTINE SERVICE THEY FOUND A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THE REAR END (BROKEN PIECES OF METAL AND FLOATING MATTER) AND CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY TO DESCRIBE THE ISSUE, INFORM ME OF MY OPTIONS AND, WHEN ASKED, PROVIDE ME WITH AN HONEST, EDUCATED RECOMMENDATION TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEMS AND TO SUGGEST VARIOUS OPTIONS AND THE RAMIFICATIONS OF THOSE OPTIONS. ANDY'S COMPLETED ALL MAJOR AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE IN JUST OVER 24 HOURS AND COMMUNICATED WITH ME ABOUT EACH ASPECT OF THE SERVICE TO BE PERFORMED. THEY OFFER A VARIETY OF COUPONS AND THEY TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE I WAS AWARE OF AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ALL AVAILABLE SAVINGS OPPORTUNITIES. EVERYONE I ENCOUNTERED, FROM THE PH
