The person arrived as mentioned to pictures and gathered information. Returned estimate with details, we tried to follow-up with person because estimate was very low. Person assured us he had preformed the estimate according to his protocol. When we sold the house it sold in two days had two full price offers and sold for almost thirty thousand dollars higher tha the provided estimate. Tried to reconcile with the estimator was not able to come to agreement. He would not refund the money or admit his estimate was faulty.
