Awful. They did not introduce themselves or ask what I wanted mowed. I told them they created a weed patch as they decided to skip a 8x8 section at the back of the house. I said I wanted to talk to their mower and they ignored me. I got a $100 fine from the city for having thistle. I called in to speak to a manager and got hung up on and they dropped me as a client and said they couldn't help me. They call my new weed patch a rock garden that they don't cut. It never was, just overgrown lawn because they didn't cut right to begin. They charged $72 on a $25 job. Just awful. One star is too much. Takes advantage of disabled people as they think they have a set contract with the county.
