Before I could get that pipe moved, we had a storm and that caused water to come into my first floor bedroom. Had Rob out again and he showed me where and how it entered the house and how his company would fix that problem. Our insurance company came through with funds for a new house roof and I hired All Seasons. Rob was on site and frequently checked on the workers up on the roof. They were very neat and careful of my bushes and deck. Everything was cleaned up and out of the way early the next morning.
We continued to be plagued with that shower leak and Rob came back three times to look over the roof, and replaced an exhaust hood. The fourth time, Rob asked and I agreed that he bring another roof expert. They reached through an exhaust vent area and took lots of pictures - nothing looked like water had come from the roof. They took off the bathroom fan exhaust hood and found a bit
of a gap between the exhaust hose and the roof which they caulked up. We've had no more problems.
I REALLY appreciate that Rob came back multiple times and expressed a willingness and desire to solve the problem.
