Mike would remove snow based on time, he seem to very nice and easy to work with. 04/19/2013 was the last time I would use there services. They stated the snow removal took 2 hours and 20 minutes on 04/19/2013. After reviewing my security cameras, the snow removal only took 1 hour, not the time they stated. I was disappointed on there dishonesty, I decided to review my security cameras on past work. I was overcharged the entire season.
