Robert always does a great job. We had not had him over for awhile as he had worked himself out of a job - no mice or even bugs to be seen for the past few years. (We had Robert "seal" our house a few years ago...worked GREAT. Especially if you live in an older home and have lots of nooks and crannies...).  This time he focused on the 8 plus hornet, yellow jacket and wasp nests.  Our back yard was unusable before Robert's visit. Now we are able to enjoy the yard once again!  Always fair prices too.

I called Robert at 4 Seasons Pest Control after killing 4 wasps that were coming in my home. He was at my house in 5 MINUTES! He did a thorough home inspection figuring out what was going on. He took out 2 bee hives and gave me a great education on bees in general. This man knows his adversary. Robert was professional, courteous and prompt, (did I mention he was here in 5 MINUTES!). Highly recommended!

Robert knows exactly what is required for the job. When I had mice in my home 7 years ago. I tried different stuff found in the Home Depot, Menards, etc. But none of the worked. I called him to control it. He installed several traps and baits. All mice were trapped within a week and I had no mice problem after that for 7 years now.

Robert has been providing pest control services for me for several years. I called him originally on the recommendation of a colleague, when I discovered carpenter ants several years ago. He treated that issue successfully and has continued to provide twice-yearly pest control services, most recently in May 2013. He also helped me with a chipmunk issue a couple of years ago.
He has been very responsive to my inquiries, has worked around my schedule, his price has always been fair, and he has provided pest education along with his services. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking help with a pest control/rodent problem, or to anyone who wants to ensure that, through regular maintenance, they do not develop one.

As Murphy's Law would have it, my husband was out of town when I discovered that we had mice living under our jaccuzi tub. I called Robert because of all the good reviews he received, and I'm glad I did! He came out the same day, one of the coldest days of the winter, and went through our house inside and out, looking for the entry points where the mice were getting in. He set traps, but most importantly, he blocked the entry points so more mice couldn't get in! For the next two nights I listened to the sound of traps going off at night, 7 mice total. They seem to be gone now, but I will be leaving the traps out for awhile, just in case!
Robert showed me where the mice were entering our house. He plugged the entrances with mesh and said he could come back in the spring and seal the entry points off more permanently when the weather got warmer. He told me signs to watch for as far as the mice removing the mesh, and said to call him if the mice removed the mesh and he would replace it.
Robert also pointed out that we had moths in our house, and discovered that they were hatching in our bird seed supply, which I then discarded. He noted that we had ants in our basement. He really knows his stuff! I will definitely hire him for all our exterminating needs in the future. I feel we got more than our money's worth by hiring him.

4 Seasons Pest Control LLC did what he needed to do. We have a mouse problem so he went around and checked over for where the mice might be getting in. We used him last year too.

I like the fact that the gentleman calls when he comes into the neighbourhood as lots of people use him in the neighbourhood then I don't have to remember all the time about scheduling him. He is very thorough and if there is a problem he will come back and spray again or take care of it. I will continue to use them in the future.

Robert was professional, punctual and took care of the mouse problem. He explained everything he was doing and explained how to keep the mice out. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone I know.

We just bought a new house and a neighbor told us that we had a raccoon living in one of our trees. It's a fenced in back yard and I have two preschool-aged sons...so the raccoon had to go. I called 4 Seasons and explained the situation. Robert said he could come out that same afternoon - even though he works on the other side of the cities. He put two traps out one afternoon, then came out the next morning to check them. He'd had great luck and caught it the same night - even though we'd had heavy rain! He then wend up to the hole to see if there were any pups. There weren't, but I loved that he was going to relocate the whole family somewhere far far away... The price was the lowest quote, Robert was very friendly, and the work was done with extreme efficiency (although there's no way to guess how long a trap might take to catch something.) Two thumbs up!

Robert came to our house and inspected the inside and outside for mice. He said the true way to prevent mice is to block their entrance. He checked and found several mice entryways. He plugged up the holes and suggested that I replace the garage door weatherstrip. He placed several traps in the basement. I also had him spray for spiders. Robert arrived on time, he was very professional and he took the time inspect the inside and outside of the house. He came back a month later for a follow up, this was at no extra charge. I will call him back to schedule an appointment to check the house when the snow melts.

After the first visit the number of roaches significantly decreased. After the second visit they are pretty much all gone. Great work.

We had a mouse infestation in our kitchen and basement - we killed 10 mice in 24 hours. 4 seasons uncovered where the mice were entering our house. They spent about 2 hours inspecting and plugging holes. They also showed us where the holes were. They were extremely knowledgeable and well - priced. Other exterminators I contacted were over double the price and were not able to come out to our house for almost a week after I contacted them. We had a great experience with 4 seasons and will use them again if we have any pest issues. I would give them an A+ if possible!

He came and first went over the property to assess for any possible ants (that was the problem we saw). He was pretty thorough and found sites of where damage was done (even showed me the 'saw dust' stuff. He was pretty knowledgeable. Told us what we would need to do in the spring to prevent more damage and then treated the whole house for bugs. We saw 1 ant since his service. Now, though the ants are likely dormant. We will definitely be calling him for a f/u when the weather warms up next year. He also checked for mice entries and gave us some tips. No contract had to be signed. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him to others.

It's working! After only two days I am on my way to no longer having to share my house with these mice. Robert is very professional and very knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me on any kind of long term program, which I appreciated very much. I worked with a competitor a few years ago regarding ants. This competitor tried very hard to sell me on an annual program. While Robert does offer such programs, he in no way tried to pressure me. Overall, a great experience.

He explained everything about what was going on with them and he did the treatment. We have noticed a big major decline so we are very satisfied with that and he is going to come out once more in April. The total price inclusive of tax was $131.00. The price will go down the next time. He is by himself. What we liked is that it was not on a contract basis. We don't have to contract with him year round. We deal with him each time and we are under no obligation to have him keep coming back. We didn't do a lot of checking about the price. My husband wanted somebody who was close by and didn't have a contract. We were looking for something that we didn't have to go on a month-by-month basis. It was too expensive for what our situation was. He used a water-based product and it didn't leave any residue or any stain. There was no smell, it wasn't harmful, and yet it did the job. He was right on time. He was here for quite a while. He didn't seem in a hurry to get the job done. He did a very good job and he was very thorough. His professionalism was very good.

They are careful when they are in the house. He comes out once in every two months. The price is reasonable. He come out right away and on time. He is very professional.

We were very pleassed. Robert was able to come out within a day of contacting him. He was very prompt and professional. He was friendly and a pleasure to talk with, explaining everything he was doing. He guarantees his work! He offered to go all around the house and treat it for about $40 more but we didn't take him up on that service at this time.

They came out and put up Owls and objects to scare them away. I have not heard from them since.

Robert returned my call promptly and we arranged for his initial and every other month service of the property. He then called the tenant directly to arrange service with them and billed me the next week. I didn't have to buy into a long-term contract, which is actually why I'm more likely to stay with this company.

I called on Friday morning to find out if it was too late in the season to treat the exterior of our house for box elder bugs, since another pest control company had just told me that same day that I would have to wait until next year, late summer/early fall. We've had what seems like millions so I wanted to treat before winter to decrease their numbers next year. Robert assured me it wasn't too late, and it turned out he was even able to come out that day. While he was here, I asked about other pest control services I might be interested in since we live in an older home and have seen big spiders and centipedes in the basement; he explained some other treatment options he provides; quarterly, bi-monthly, etc. He didn't pressure me to sign up for any future services, just provided the information.
