I contacted Oak Realty after searching the internet for properties.  A newer realtor within the office, Jenna Potter, answered the phone, she was very pleasant as I explained our situation to her.  She was very accommodating especially since I was not in the area and had a demanding schedule making viewing properties difficult.  She did her best to work with us and I know she adjusted her schedule to assist us on a few occasions.  We found a property listed privately that we loved, but the sellers were a bit uneducated on a real estate transaction and we temporarily walked away to avoid a possible disaster.  Jenna, knowing how much we liked the property worked with the sellers, with our consent of course, and made the sale happen.  She even followed up with us after the sale and assisted us with a couple minor issues with the property.  I would highly recommend Jenna Potter and the Oak Realty office, they are friendly, accommodating, professional and will go to great lengths to help you find your new home.  They made a stressful time in our lives a lot easier!
