I had to listen to the woman on the phone berate and talk down to my mother because she asked if anybody was allowed to be in the room when we put down our elderly family pet. She in no way asked in a mean way as she was already upset about our dog being sick. My mom sobbed while the woman immediately got extremely aggressive and hostile. We’ve been customers for years for vaccines, checkups, and things along those lines but they will NEVER get our service again.

The vet closer to me wanted outrageous costs for vet services. Annandale is farther away but it was well worth the drive because of the affordability and great service. It only cost $125 per male dog for neuter. He is very professional and does great work! The dogs were perfectly fine and I have not once ever had any problems. They are easy to work with and I can always get in. Everyone is very nice and helpful. It's been great!

I have been bringing both my Bichon's to this clinic, they are very good and the cost is very reasonable compared to other clinics. I agree that their clinic is outdated, however, I also feel that this is one of the reasons the cost is so low. They have 3 vets working there and I have seen all three. Dr. Sneller is great, she spends time with you and is concerned about your animal. I dont feel confortable with Dr. Larson, he is hard to understand and doesnt seem sure of himself. The other vet is fine too. They need to save some time on their schedule for animals that are sick and need to be seen the same day. If you plan to neuter/spay your pet, be sure to call early, they are booked for a couple of months.

They didn't get the entire tumor but I believe that they did the best that they could. They did a good job on what they did. They desperately need to update their facility as it's very old.
