Awful.Ttile was not laid in the proper manner, self-leveling cement leaked into basement and ruined items, was suppose to be done in two week-took 10 weeks (he was fired at week eight). He took cabinets down in kitchen and wasn't careful enough Mu sister was planning on using them-just refinish them). He busted cabinets so she had to get new cabinets He he left Christmas Eve knowing that toilet would continue running, His plumber had just finished putting in my sisters shower. The first shower she took busted the pipe due to workmanship according to the new plumber she had to hire -water was coming out of the walls. Stay clear was her advise.

Troy did an excellent job and worked as the general contractor to have our tub resurfaced, and re-stretch our carpet around the tiled area in the family room. If there was a question I emailed him and he got back to me promptly. I would definitely recommend Troy.

When doing the estimate Troy was very prompt. He offered suggestions, thoroughly explained the process involved and the schedule. The estimate was written in detail.

The workman called the day before the scheduled start date to introduce himself and verify the starting time. He arrived right on time and reviewed the project with us before starting. Tarps were spread on the floors and counter. The back splash had many electrical outlets and multiple and quot;ceramic diamondsand quot; randomly placed throughout. The tiles were all cut and installed perfectly. The work space was very clean when he left. The next day he came back to apply the grout. He had called ahead to say he was delayed but it was only about 20 minutes.

The job was done perfectly and we are quite pleased. We get many compliments.

Troy came when he said he would, a produced an excellent result on the porch. Several days after the installation, we discovered that the leveling cement had some how seeped into part of the basement (how it got in, I have no idea because there is no apparent opening between the porch and the basement which is not under the porch). When we notified Troy, he came to see what happened almost immediately, and arranged to have the affected carpeting replaced. Troy was a professional from start to finish. I would not hesitate to employ him in the future.

Troy did a great job! He installed 25 square feet of tile, on a diagonal pattern, in three hours. He then came back the next day to apply the grout. The whole job looks really nice.

The concrete floor he was going to put the tile on was not level, but he poured additional floor leveler at cost of materials only. He wanted to make sure he was doing everything he could to put the guarantee of his product with the best set of circumstances.
