"First I want to say that I am very sorry you were unhappy with your service back in September. I have spoken to my staff and reviewed the notes and see that there may be some descrepencies that I would like to discuss openly with you. Generally speaking Groupon's are not issued for move-out or move-in cleans. I know that the cleaners did there best to get done what they could for you. I see that the first cleaning, did in fact go quite well and there was even discussion of ongoing weekly cleanings based on that experience. Yes, our trainees can take longer, that is why there is also a trainer cleaning. We don't push our trainees as we want the detail to be great rather than a "quick" job. They were able to complete the lived in portion of your home and an additional bathroom on the rental side. Regarding the second cleaning not getting done, I believe there was some miscommunication on the duties. The Groupons are for standard cleanings. They are not meant in any way to cover a move out cleaning. A general cleaning could have been done in the time quoted, however a move out cleaning, done right will take several hours more (generally quoted on an hourly basis, depending on the size of the unit starting at 9 hours up to 25 hours). The Groupon covers three 3 hour general house cleanings. Again, I deeply apologize over any misunderstanding about this. I see that our manager did offer to continue on another day for an additional fee, and also offered some heavy discounts for the trouble. I understand that you chose not to, as the offers must not have fit your needs, which is completely understandable. I just want you to know that we take terrible reviews like this very seriously as we always strive to do our best work. I think much of what your review entails is really miscommunication rather than a bad cleaning job. Thank you for your time, Rebecca D President VCI"
