We got the contact details for Mary from a friend of ours who had used her services as a loan officer about 6 months before we were planning on buying our first home. Mary answered all the questions that we had, and helped us find the best mortgage for us. She helped save us money by helping us with a simple purchase agreement as we ultimately decided to buy the house we rented from my parents. This was especially nice as there was no Realtor actually brokering the sale and the fees would have been unnecessary. I would definitely recommend using her as a loan officer as she has experience and is very professional as well as quick to respond when you do have any questions. I really appreciated that she helped explain some of the different loan types and am happy with our mortgage. If we needed to do a refinance or were looking for a home equity loan I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again.
