Highly recommend Touchdown Tile! Very professional. Excellent quality. I worked with Kyle who was an outstanding communicator and easy to work with. He was able to get a team out in a couple of days after receiving the quote and the job went very smoothly.

We were going to do the work ourselves but decided we wanted it to look good so decided to hire a professional. We hired Touchdown Tile as they were recommended by an acquaintance. It turns out that Touchdown Tile subbed the work out to another contractor. The worker was punctual and friendly but his workmanship of was very poor quality. We had to call him out on numerous mistakes and poor quality of tile work. We requested Touchdown to come out and see what was going on and they did. Touchdown required him to fix many of the mistakes, but also said that some just looked funny because the grout was not in yet - this turned out to be WRONG, but by then we were out of time and the bathtub refinishing company was due to come out. This was a very sloppy job in every way. The worker was also very sloppy with his cleanup and left two big grout stains on our driveway. We really should have insisted that they re-do it but some of the tile was special order and this would have dragged this job out even longer and this is our only shower.

I had several loosened/cracked tiles in my kitchen floor. It's quarry tile installed 27 years ago. The technician removed the problem tiles and replaced them. I supplied the tiles from a stock I had on hand. Reis matched the grout color and Eugene did the work. The repair looks great and matches well. They informed me that my subflooring was cracked and likely I will need the entire floor redone in the future. I would not hesitate to have them do this work.

I was first referred to Touchdown Tile by two friends and colleagues who
have known Reis and Erik for quite some time. That was back in 2008
when I was looking for contractors to rip and replace linoleum
throughout my home with ceramic tile. I hired them then and the work
that was done was done to perfection! So when I was looking to have a
back splash installed in my new home now I knew exactly who I was going
to hire. Touchdown Tile!
Great responsiveness, great customer service, and more importantly,
great work! I would highly recommend Touchdown Tile!

Even though we met in person with the Touchdown Tile prior to installation, the tile in our master bath was installed incorrectly. We had to have them come back, rip it all back up, and put it in correctly.
Then the tile/grout for the kitchen back-splash started to leave crumbs on our counter top because they didn't apply caulking to the joints. They had to come back and fix that.
Now that we've been in the house for a year we're having terrible problems with the tile and grout in all of our other bathrooms throughout the house. Cracking grout, loose tiles, to the point that I can actually lift up tiles from the floor.
When we contacted them this time, they refused to even discuss coming back to fix anything because they haven't been paid for OTHER jobs they worked on for our builder. So even though they were paid for our job, they won't return and fix their poor workmanship.

We though it went well.....the bath looks great!!! Reis and his associates did a real decent job. Some friends of ours initially recommended Reis so I asked him to come out and take a look at things and give us a quote. We passed on a few of my daughter's thoughts and then gave him free rein to make cost effective suggestions and adjustments as he felt appropriate. He was slightly delayed a couple days by a TV thing he was filming (ha, ha) but we though it was kind of cool to have a TV kind-a-guy working on it. The bath turned out excellent and I plan to contact him at some point to do mine as well....

The project was done in 3-4 days. They suggested a smaller tile than I was originally hoping for, but the 13 inch square tile in combination with the brick pattern in this space looked wonderful. They were easy to talk to and check in to make sure that we liked the final product. I would definitely consider using them again.

The product selection they gave me and problems that we've gone through but I did not like it. What happened is that they pitched me out on a certain grout for a tile and that grout never cured and they still haven't resolved the issue.

Mike did an excellent job in the removal and then laying of the new tile. Very straight lines and level.
