+ -1 moreWe had a soft spot in the floor in our sun room, but we didn't want to have to replace the whole floor and the linoleum. Todd worked with us to lift and preserve the linoleum covering the area, and cut out the the area where there had been water damage. He replaced the flooring material and identified and fixed the source of the water leak around the exterior door. Then put the linoleum back in place. You would never know we had the problem.
