Went as planned, No issues

Shortstop Electric is the preferred electrical contractor used by S&B Geothermal so we agreed to use them for this project. We are VERY glad we did. When our hot water heater began to "go" a month before we were scheduled for the geo thermal installation, they sent someone to do the work. Then, when the geothermal was installed, they came and did the wiring for that, too. Because they didn't have much notice (the geothermal unit didn't arrive on time) they were kind of double-booked. But, they got the wiring in and then came back a few days later to wall fish the thermostat into the upstairs hallway. Both members of Shortstop Electric performed the work quickly and honored our "no shoes" policy. They tidied up after themselves.

They worked efficiently and professionally. While they were here I asked opinions and for them to move an outlet, and they were more than helpful. Showed up on time. The price was about $800 higher than we had been quoted due to work they hadn't expected to do. Once they opened up the walls they found things they hadn't expected. We did negotiate a little lower price because it was so much more than we had budgeted for.

We got a series of bids for our remodel electrical work. Bruce was one of the few that understood the meaning of a budget. He suggested using a sub-panel which saved big $. Other's never mentioned this option, just wanted to replace whole old panel. Bruce & crew were polite and quick to respond. The work was done on time and under budget.
