Shane Jovanovich Tree Service

It was a busy time of year and I contacted numerous tree services. Shane was one of only two that responded. The other one seemed very confused so I went with Shane. He did not write a proposal so I provided one, including that he would cut back the trees in question 1/3 and would cut an 8' canopy. When he knocked on the door for me to come look at what he'd done I was shocked. Eight feet sure looked higher up than I'd expected. Because I always assume I'm the one who is incorrect I didn't say anything but that night I measured and the canopy was not 8', it was 11'. He cut off way more viable branches than I had hired him to do. Since there was nothing he could do about it I didn't contact him but it still makes me really sad that I trusted him to cut to that height and not almost half again as high as we'd agreed.
