Pete Semler & Jason Semler are amazing to work with. This was my husband and my first time buying a house, and we decided to build. They are very personable, professional, and so quick at responding to any questions or concerns we had. We hear nightmare stories about builders, and are so glad that we did our research and went with Semler. We love our new place and could not be more pleased with the process! Thank you Semler Homes!

Pete Semler is absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my wife and my first home and we ended up building new because the price was right. We didn't have a single thing go wrong - other than a couple of very minor glitches that Pete fixed immediatley. In fact, he found most of the glitches himself. We heard horror stories about building a house, but with Semler homes it was a piece of cake. Everything fell into place perfectly.
