I've had several project done by them. My overall experience is fantastic. The owner of the company returned every phone call and e-mails. He always responded in a very timely fashion. Whatever he said he was gonna do, he's always done exactly what he told me. He did wood floors to my house before but I only did my living room and hallways. It was done professionally. There was no complaint as far as the craftsmanship of his work which was really good. I thought he did a great job.

Dan was terrific in everything he did. That is why I had him come back to do the refinishing. He treated our lake house better than we ever have.

Dan is meticulous in his workmanship. Each detail was to be perfect until he is satisfied. Very good communicator.

1) New roof on our family lake place.
    After removing the old shingles, Selway Builders discovered that the sheeting underneath was rotten.  Without missing a beat, new     sheeting was attained and the roof was completed on time.
2) Replacing windows on our home.
    Selway Builders worked around our schedule and always cleaned up at the end of each day.
    
3) Replacing our carpeted floors on our main living level with real wood flooring.
    Selway Builders again worked around our schedule and always cleaned up at the end of each day.  This project came under                   budget.
   
4) Rebuilding our outdoor deck.  New stringers, decking and rails.
     Selways Builders recommended different materials for rebuilding the deck that were cost effective.  We've always have been                  happy with the results.
