Excellent. Rod took the time to understand what we wanted, then helped us to see where our wishes needed to be modified to fit what could realistically be done in the space we had to work with. He pointed out alternatives to choose from that ultimately ended up in a lower level that we are extremely satisfied with. He worked and coordinated well with our other contractors (painter, cabinetmaker, designer, etc) to minimize delays and complete the project in a reasonable time-frame.
