Rod took the time to understand what we wanted, then helped us to see where our wishes needed to be modified to fit what could realistically be done in the space we had to work with. He pointed out alternatives to choose from that ultimately ended up in a lower level that we are extremely satisfied with. He worked and coordinated well with our other contractors (painter, cabinetmaker, designer, etc) to minimize delays and complete the project in a reasonable time-frame.
Description of Work: We finished our lower level, including wet bar, building additional walls, and fireplace installation, with custom cabinetry. Rod did all of the general construction, including building walls with custom shadow boxes, extending existing walls, breaking (and then re-finishing) the concrete floors for us to run in-floor electrical and for the sink/dishwasher drain, sheetrocked the ceiling, sheetrocked all our walls, and installed all the trim. I did my own electrical work (including in-ceiling speakers) and Rod freely gave me tips to help make my job easier.
