Property Appraisal
Appraisal conducted at time when real estate market was almost dead and it was very difficult to find recent sales of comparable properties. Another appraiser had advised that he could not complete an appraisal because there were no comparables. Appraiser Dave Gunderson from Residential Appraisals Inc. completed a throrough examination of the house and then went to work to find comparables. He was able to find three comparables and two pending sales (which later became comparables). Without his hard work this refi would never have taken place.
