Ralph's Exteriors was very professional with meeting with my insurance adjustor, adding some items that were missed.
He was very knowledgeable about the different types of roofing products and helped me determine the best product to use
He was there throughout the entire installation from loading to cleanup
He listened to my concerns and made sure they were carried out
He went beyond his original contract and went beyond and added extra flashing to the chimney and skylights
He did the installation in a timely manner and did not interfere with our family time
We were very satisfied with everything he did and have not needed him back to fix anything
We would highly recommend him to our family and friends 
He contacted our insurance company and we were paid in a timely manner

Great! Ralph was there supervising the crew to insure they did everything I requested. They cleaned up completely and we're done by 4 pm.

The job was efficiently executed from start to finish. When a rain storm blew in, Ralph got his team to secure the exposed roof with tarps. No water damage occurred. Ralph was on site supervising & was on the roof with the team working. He & his team were very respectful, courteous, polite, & helpful. They fulfilled the homeowners requests promptly.
No damage was sustained on the property; plants & bushes were in good shape following the work. Nails were removed from property especially the driveway. Clean-up after job completion was done twice.
Ralph is professional, knowledgeable & personable. He is a perfectionist. If you have questions after the completion of the job,he will meet with you to clarify to your satisfaction any of your concerns.
