We had contacted a couple other mortgage companies and were not getting responses in a timely fashion.  We found Kyle Johnson, Quality Choice Mortgage, on Angies List and decided to contact him. 
He was quick in getting back to us.  We discovered later that the reason other mortgage companies didn't jump to deal with us is that we were refinancing a lower dollar amount than they probably want to deal with. 
Kyle was very professional and seemed to know about a lot of different opportunites to help his customers.   He showed us different options to keep our costs down depending on the type of mortgage we were looking at.  We didn't need to have an appraisal done because of our particular circumstances.  The information I received from other Mortgage companies showed that an appraisal needed to be done.
Anytime we called or sent emails, he responded right away.
We were amazed that our refinance was completed 1 1/2 months after our first meeting.  Everything went smooth.  We would definitely use Kyle in a heartbeat should the need arise again.

We refinanced our home of 21 years to a much better interest rate and monthly payment. I shopped around at banks and was astounded by the rates they had. All costs and paper work was done accurately and there were no secrets or hidden costs and surprises!  Kyle also got us a fantastic new low rate!
What really impressed me is the speed at which everything took place and how Kyle went out of his way to accommodate out busy schedule. The final closing was even held right at our house one evening after dinner. I couldn't believe how easy Kyle made this entire refinance job. We have refinanced several times over the 21 years we've owned the house. This was the without a doubt the best refinancing experience we've ever had! I would recommend Quality Choice Mortgage to anyone! If we ever refinance again I'll be going to Kyle Johnson.

The company is represented by one person, Kyle Johnson, which means I was dealing with the same guy the entire time which was really convenient because I didn't have to worry about anything getting lost in communication.  Kyle was available to answer my millions of questions very promptly via phone, email, and appointment.  He was extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic problem solver, which came very in handy in my case because my path to home ownership was not exactly free-sailing.  Dealing with all of the paperwork and demands of the bank was always made much more simple having Kyle there to "hold my hand" through the process.  My situation was like a roller coaster that never ended, Kyle put a lot of time and effort into it and never let up, constantly making sure he was getting me the best deal at the best rate possible.  I put my full trust in Kyle, and will never use any other mortgage company in the future, nor will I allow anybody I know to make the mistake of using any company other than Quality Choice Mortgage when going through the home buying process.  I cannot express enough how grateful and lucky I was to have been referred to him!!
