Pheasant Run Construction

Started on time, kept me up to date on progress of project and finished on target.
Everything went smoothly.
Bathroom looks awesome.

Glen and his crew were fantastic.  We were given a timeline and it was matched in not exceeded so that we could be mostly done by the holidays.  The workmanship was fantastic.  The matched  new cabinet doors to our existing vanity perfectly!!  They listened to what we wanted to do and made it happen!!  I would definitely use them again!!!

They were fabulous to work with on every level. very timely, courteous, professional. They were very easy to work with, especially when I have 3 kids running around the house. They were very courteous to young children.

They were excellent. Very responsive, very clear in their communication, very timely in keeping to their schedule, and very easy to have around the house. My only slight criticism is that their painting team didn't seem quite up to the rest of the quality

The work extended over several months. Everything turned out good. They were recommended to us by a designer that we had. They told us that they had been good to work with. They were great remodelers. I don't know that I would use them again for the painting. As we lived through the finished remodel, we found some things with the painting that we weren't happy with. I liked their quality and responsiveness to our needs. I liked the responsibility of the company. They came every day that they said they would. They finished before the expected date. They were respectful. The price was as expected. They might have been a bit above average, but the quality was good in everything but their painting.

The experience was excellent. They came every day at 8 a.m. (several of our neighbors commented that they had never seen this before) and left between 4 and 5 p.m. They even finished the job earlier than expected. We heard comments from inspectors that the work they were seeing was excellent. One set of windows was installed according to the architect's drawing, but we were disappointed with the look. Pheasant Run willingly removed the newly installed windows and reinstalled them to our liking - no charge. They, and all the subcontractors, were respectful and timely.

Lonny Krohn was very professional, always on time, and did exactly what he said he would do.

Very professional, punctual, stellar customer service. We were very happy with the final product, and will call them again.

I cannot say enough about this company. They told us their bid price and did not waiver. They gave us an estimated time frame and stayed within it. They had an excellent relationship with their sub contractors, which makes all the difference. The subs showed up and went out of their way to do the job right. The hand made wood molding is exquisite and beyond all my expectations. They were not loud and did everything possible to make us happy and comfortable during the addition. In a giant addition there are always things that go wrong. When they did, Pheasant Run fixed the problem no questions asked. The customer is always right with these people, which is rare to find today. They never give you the run around. I rejoined Angie's List in order to spread the word about Pheasant Run. They are already working on two of my neighbors houses.
