 + -1 moreTheir bid was more then competitive and the work was again exceptional. They are honest, up front, prompt, pleasant, professional, do quality work and are trust worthy. If I had not used them before I might not have used them on the job because their bid was the lowest of 4. They stopped work when they ran into issues (adding vents,installing a bigger sliding glass door then original plan, viewing angles, adding central vac connections that required parts......) and made sure that they were doing what I wanted before proceeding.
Description of Work: I had used Neubert&Reed to build a 40x30 garage/barn/office building two years ago that was built to housing code in the city of Blaine. They did all the work except subbing out concrete, garage doors and electrical. The work and price was exceptional so I recently had them bid and complete a 2000 sq ft build out of a unfinished basement. It was a complicated build out because of wall configurations, HVAC issues, home theater and a compete tongue and grove wall/ceiling finish. They are honest, up front, prompt, pleasant, professional, do quality work and are trust worthy.
