Great work. We had them do previous projects that ended well. This time the fan they installed initially made a clicking sound due to the long down-bar. They came back out and fixed the problem at no cost. The timer was something I could not get to work but they diagnosed it and fixed a problem with the circuit.

IT COULD HAVE BEEN THE CREWS THAT THEY USED, BUT THIS COMPANY FAILED IN CRITICAL AREAS THAT WOULD CONCERN MOST HOME OWNERS. WE HAVE AN OLD HOME AND BECAUSE OF THAT, WE KNEW IT WOULDNT BE AN EASY JOB, BUT THESE GUYS SEEMED VERY PERPLEXED BY THE JOB. THEY HAD NUMEROUS EXCUSES WHY THEY DIDNT SHOW UP ("EMERGENCIES"); DIDNT WORK VERY HARD WHEN THEY WERE HERE (LOTS OF GIRLFRIEND CALLS). THEY RARELY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE JOB WAS SCHEDULED FOR FOUR DAYS, WERE NOW ON OUR EIGHTH. THEY CUT HOLES IN OUR WALLS THE SIZE OF MONTANA AND MORE THAN ONCE SAID "OOPS." WE KNEW THERE WOULD BE SOME HOLES TO PATCH, BUT THIS IS CRAZY. THEY MADE IT EASY FOR THEMSELVES, NOT US. YEAH, RIGHT, CUSTOMER SERVICE. A VERY POOR SHOWING OF THIS COMPANY. AND YES, WE HAVE COMPLAINED TO THEM.
