Sprinkler - Backflow Valve
We called them, and yes, they came pretty fast, which really appreciate it
Over the phone, we ask them how much it?s going to be, they didn?t tell us anything
Gentleman who came was nice and hard, working guy, he found our pipes was squeezed with three roots, so, he dig to the ground, but didn?t finish the work
She told with this problem, we need to put a completely new line and it?s going to cost us fortune
My brother came, who originally installed our sprinkles, and just pulled the pipe, and everything start working
Guy who worked our sprinkles barely was here for two hours, in that time he didn?t have extra batteries, use ours
When we?re told we don?t wanna continue work, we got bill , which says guy was here for 3.67 hours, and they charge $103 per hour
So, looks like I can?t trust this company, because they overcharge me

Had a great experience with Minnesota Irrigation. Victor was absolutely fabulous. He was very hard working to get our irrigation system upgraded. He was professional, detail oriented and very kind. He took his time to ensure everything was perfect and was very knowledgeable. We will be working with this company again and looking forward to continuing services with Victor.

I got 4 estimates and liked MN Irrigation the best. Their proposal wasn't the lowest, bit it made the most sense. Steve told me that the long, bad winter delayed start ups on existing systems and had pushed new work back. He ultimately was able to meet the deadline I had for getting the system installed. He occasionally was slow to respond, but he always did respond. The plumber was good. The installation staff were professional and repeatedly answered any questions. They explained how to run the system. When a couple of spray heads needed adjusting, Steve came out the same day and made every adjustment I asked for. I would use them again and plan to have them do the Fall blow out and system shut down.

Way better than expected. They covered more area, including some of my back yard, and It cost me far less than I expected. The bid and the installation were both professional and friendly. They went an extra mile to ensure that there was no evidence of their work. I had it installed on June 27, and it's now July 8. It's run automatically twice. It would have run more, but we've had rain and the sensor tells it not to run if it's wet. I'm on a well, and the pump doesn't go off until all the zones have been watered - which is what well owners want. The grass is green. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.

Chris specifically is top notch; teaches you about the system. He tells me what's going on and what he's doing to fix it. They do great work.

The sprinklers were performing well, it turns out. However, while here the technician found a damaged head and replaced it quickly, all done with no problems. As usual, the work was done professionally, on time, and without issues.

We had this installed in June 2014, system winterized in October 2014 and spring set-up done in 2015. Each time this company has been here when they said they would, are completely responsive on the phone, installation was fast and clean up perfect. I would absolutely recommend this company and will continue to have them service this product for years to come.

I contacted three different highly rated irrigation companies posted on Angie's list and didn't hear word one from any of them. Obviously installing new systems (more money) is far worth their time than doing any type of service work ~ that's bunk!
I contacted Minnesota Irrigation via email and expected the same. It took ONE day to get a phone call and few more days they were at my residence. That's the type of company you want to deal with if your putting in a new system. I learned they have full time service people and others who install new systems. The technician was very knowledgeable took as much time as I needed to address my questions. Plus, offered recommendations followed by and quot;I'm not here to be a salesman, but this is what I recommendand quot;. His recommendations were sound and made sense.
What more could one ask from a company. Prompt, competitive and excellent work.

They did a good job. It took them a while to get here. They came in only after two weeks since we called them. They were very customer oriented. They listen to us to what we want and the job was done within a day.

I went with Minnesota Irrigation based on a friend who used them. The work was done to my satisfaction. They used high-quality parts and went over the plans before installing. I was surprised how clean they kept the yard and property. I could hardly tell they put the system in. There was a bit of a communication on the location of one of the sprinkler heads, but they did offer to make any changes necessary within a few months. They also did a good job showing me how it works. I would certainly recommend them.

"Thank you for the review. Our preferred brand is Hunter, but we install and service all manufactures products including: Toro, Rain Bird, Weathermatic and Irritrol. We use quality components throughout the system including: pro-turf polyethylene pipe, snap lock waterproof wire connectors, swing assembly sprinkler head installation, and swivel connector valve manifold fittings. Our installation teams take pride not only in a quality installation but the condition of the property when they leave the home. We replace and tamp the sod we cut to install sprinkler heads and valve boxes, we tamp the pull lines, we remove any extra dirt or debris, and seed all areas where the sod cannot be replaced. We offer quality products and installation at competitive prices."
