We hired Ryan and Andrew to install pre finished hardwood flooring and baseboard trim on almost our entire main level. Their estimate was extremely competitive. I had found them via Craigslist, so I was a bit wary at first, but I need not have worried! They were very communicative, polite,and friendly throughout the experience, responding almost immediately to calls and emails, as well as proactively contacting me throughout the process. It was obvious to me that they care deeply about providing quality and about customer satisfaction.

When the flooring job was finished, Ryan met me for a walk-through. Everything looked beautiful... Except for a gigantic scratch, probably four feet long, from one wheel of the refrigerator that had slipped while they were moving it. Oh, no! Ryan had not noticed it prior to the walk-through, but saw it when I did and was immediately reassuring, letting me know that this would be quickly taken care of. Andrew and Ryan worked late into the evening that same night, tearing out a large section of flooring and replacing it. No pushback, no excuses, no delay-- just a rapid, perfect fix.

When working with contractors, you can count on the fact that here WILL be screw-ups sometimes. It is just the nature of things, no matter how good the company is at what they do. But what sets a good business apart from a bad one is HOW THEY RESPOND when problems arise. Midwest Pro Services gets an A+ from me in this area, and it has bought them my loyalty as a client.

A few weeks later, I hired MPS again, this time for a custom laminate countertop fabrication. Once again, their estimate was extremely competitive. They beat the estimates I got from several other fabricators. And, once again, the job was done beautifully. I am beyond satisfied with their job.

Both Ryan and Andrew have checked in at least once since the completion of both jobs to make sure that I was still satisfied with the work. I am, and Midwest Pro Services has my hearty recommendation.
